Baked Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 500 g canned green beans
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 cups grated gouda cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups roasted onions
Directions
- In a large pan melt butter. Once melted add flour sugar and salt and mix well. Next add sour cream. Once heated add the green beans, remove from heat and mix well. Transfer to a medium sized casserole dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle on Gouda cheese and finish with the roasted onions.
- Bake in oven at 180deg C until cheese is starting to crisp. Don't let the onions burn!
