Baked Game Hens

Ingredients

• 4  Cornish hens
• 1  apple, sliced
• 1  onion, sliced
• 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
• 1  tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

1. Stuff apple and onion slices loosely in cavity of game hens.
2. Put hens on a rack in shallow baking pan.
3. Mix butter and soy sauce.
4. Brush on hens.
5. Bake, uncovered at 350° for 60 minutes, or until juices run clear.
6. Baste occasionally.
