Baked Fruit à La Mode

A great low fat/low calorie dessert.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1  cup strawberry, hulled and halved
  • 23 cup blueberries
  • 2  plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1  peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup  sweet white wine or 12 cup  grape juice
  • 2  cups  vanilla frozen yogurt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Combine all ingredients, except.
  3. frozen yogurt, in a baking dish.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until.
  5. fruit softens.
  6. Serve warm with frozen yogurt.
