Baked Fish with a Cheese and Tarragon Crust

A very easy, very tasty way to incorporate more fish in our diet.

  1. Preheat oven to 500F.
  2. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  3. Combine sour cream, tarragon, green onion, garlic, hot sauce, worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
  4. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, both cheeses, and parsley.
  5. Dip fish in sour cream mixture then roll in bread crumb mixture.
  6. Place fish on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
