  •  cooking spray
  • 1  cup  marinara sauce
  • 2  large eggs
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1  pinch salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Spray ramekins with cooking spray and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Spoon ½ cup marinara sauce into each ramekin. Crack and egg into each and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 11-14 minutes or until egg whites are just opaque.
