Baked Cream of Broccoli Alfredo

An easy one-pot spaghetti alfredo recipe using cream of broccoli

Yields: 1 9 x 13 baking pan

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  condensed tomato soup
  • 21  ounces  whole milk
  • 2  garlic cloves, minced
  • 1  small onion, chopped
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1  cup  frozen broccoli florets
  • 8  ounces spaghetti

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place 2 cans of soup and milk in 9 x 13 pan. Mix well.
  3. Add garlic, onion, cheese, pepper, and broccoli. Mix.
  4. Break spaghetti in half then add.
  5. Make sure broccoli and spaghetti is completely covered by sauce.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for 20 more minutes.
