Baked Cranberries

This is a take of another recipe I found here on Zaar but I am trying to lower the sugar content of it. Show more

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 2 3/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 12 cups cranberries
  • 12 cup  Splenda brown sugar blend
  • 2  tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread cranberries in a 9 inch square baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter that has been sliced and I call it chipped.
  3. Cover and bake, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until tender.
