Baked Cranberries

Yields: 2 3/4 cups
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups cranberries
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread cranberries in a 9 inch square baking dish, sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter that has been sliced and I call it chipped.
- Cover and bake, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until tender.
