Baked Crab Dip

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked drained crab
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1⁄2-1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, combine crab, cheese, onions, jalapeno, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a small ovenproof dish. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes, or until bubbling and lightly browned.
