Baked Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 2 tablespoons diced green peppers
- pepper, to taste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup grated cheese
Directions
- Mix together.
- Bake in buttered casserole (8x8) at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top before serving.
