Ingredients
- 12 ounces cod fish fillets
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 2 green pepper slices
- 6 red onion rings
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 425 f.
- Place fillets in a glass baking dish.
- Bush with melted butter
- Top with tomato, green pepper, and onion slices.
- Pour wine in over fish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
