Baked Chicken Wings

I have modified different recipes until I have what we consider to be the perfect baked wings

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs chicken wings (more is fine)
  • 16  ounces  , sweet baby ray wing sauce (or your favorite)
  • 12 cup butter
  • 34 cup flour
  • 1  teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon onion powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Rinse and dry wings.
  3. Mix together flour and spices.
  4. Coat chicken wings with flour mixture.
  5. Place on broiler pan, or cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour, turning the wings after 1/2 hr.
  6. Mix together wing sauce and butter while baking.
  7. Once wings are finished baking, coat with wing sauce and if desired bake for 5 more minutes.
  8. For extra saucy wings repeat step 7.
