Baked Chicken Wing Honey Apricot Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 cup chinese rice wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄4 cup peanut oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Set aside the chicken wings.
- In a mixing bowl blend the rest of the ingredients together and add chicken wings and coat well and place into a baking pan 18 x 13” x 1” line with alum foil. Place into oven for 15 minutes and baste each 15 minutes for a total of four times.
- Baking time is 60 minutes.
