Baked Chicken Reuben

  1. In vegetable oil-sprayed casserole, place chicken.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place drained sauerkraut over chicken, top with swiss cheese slices.
  4. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
  5. Cover, bake at 325* for about 1 1/2 hours, or till fork can be inserted in chicken easily.
  6. Sprinkle w/ chopped parsley, if desired.
