Baked Chicken in Orange Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce, Cattleman classic
- 1⁄3 cup orange marmalade, King Kelly
- 1⁄2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 whole chickens
Directions
- Place the barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, chili sauce and salt into a mixing bowl and blend together and set aside until needed.
- Place the chicken and remove the back bone and breast bone and split the chicken down the breast. Repeat these steps.

- In a baking pan place the 4 chicken halve and pour in the sauce and cover top and bottom of the chicken halve and set stand for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350° and place the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes and remove from oven and spoon the sauce over the chicken halve and cover with a sheet of alum foil for 30 minutes.
