Baked Chicken & Gravy

This recipe is so simple and easy and taste so good. The best part is that it makes it's own gravy.

Ingredients

  • 34 cup milk
  •  flour (no particular amount)
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 (1 1/4ounce) package  dry onion soup mix
  • 14 cup margarine
  • 3 -5  lbs  cut chicken or 4  chicken breasts

Directions

  1. In a 9x13 inch pan melt margarine.
  2. Lay pieces of chicken in pan.
  3. Sprinkle with sifted four, until all is covered.
  4. Mix milk, soup and onion mix together. Pour over chicken.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours uncovered.
