Baked Chicken Dijon

How do I keep losing this great recipe! I need to put it here for safekeeping. Fabulous and easy.

  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Stir in mustard and garlic.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley.
  5. Dip chicken in mustard butter.
  6. Roll in bread crumb mixture.
  7. Place in shallow pan.
  8. Sprinkle extra crumbs.
  9. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes (I usually turn it half way through and check how it's doing at 25 minutes).
