Baked Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 count ore-ida frozen O'Brien potatoes
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (16 ounce) sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) bag shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan.
- Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- *if desired, top of mixture with a thin layer of additional shredded cheese.
- bake UNCOVERED at 350 for 90 minutes.
- Serve with a dab of sour cream on top and a sprinkle of chili powder or cayenne for a kick.
