Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup crushed tomato sauce
- 2 bay leaves
- salt or pepper
- 1⁄8 cup olive oil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Add all ingredients into a baking dish, toss, cover, and bake for about 1 hour (or until the cauliflower is tender).
- You can add meat, chicken or fish (cut into small pieces) to this dish. The fish should be added 30 minutes into the baking process, while meat or chicken could be added from the start of your cooking time.
