  1. For the sauce: Combine all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Thaw frozen fish according to package directions.
  4. Beat egg and water together.
  5. Combine cracker meal, cheese and seasoning; dip fish fillet in beaten egg then roll in crumb mixture.
  6. Pour meuniere sauce in shallow baking dish; place fillets in dish, turning once or twice to coat both sides well.
  7. Bake in oven 40 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
