Baked Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 7 quarts popped corn
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Boil sugar, butter, syrup, and salt for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add baking soda.
- Stir quickly and pour over popped corn, until all corn is covered.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring often.
