Baked Canadian Style Bacon

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Canadian bacon, in 1-inch pieces
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
Directions
- Place bacon in shallow baking pan. Combine sugar, mustard and pineapple juice for glaze; spread over bacon.
- Bake uncovered in slow oven (325) 1 hour.
- Baste bacon with glaze every 15 minutes.
