Baked Canadian Style Bacon

Directions

  1. Place bacon in shallow baking pan. Combine sugar, mustard and pineapple juice for glaze; spread over bacon.
  2. Bake uncovered in slow oven (325) 1 hour.
  3. Baste bacon with glaze every 15 minutes.
