Baked Brie With Walnut Bourbon Crust

an appetizer from central grille. Note cook time listed is 10 minutes although not sure...need to watch...won't take long.

Ingredients

• 8  ounces  round  brie cheese
• 1  granny smith apples, and or 1  cracker

• Walnut bourbon crust

• 1⁄2 cup  chopped walnuts
• 2  tablespoons brown sugar
• 1  tablespoon flour
• 2  tablespoons  melted butter
• 2  teaspoons Bourbon

Directions

1. mix dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Top the brie with crust and bake in oven at 400 degree f. until bubbly.
4. Serve with apple slices and/or crackers.
