Baked Beans

Serves: 4-6
Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 3 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 4 slices bacon, cooked (optional)
Directions
- If doing this in an oven, combine all ingredients put in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Set oven to 300, let it cook for 45 to 55 minutes. If using a crock pot, again combine all the ingredients in the crock pot and set it on low and let it slow cook for 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. I prefer the crock pot because it has more flavor then if cooked in the oven but can be done either way.
