Baked Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups pork sausage
- 2 1⁄2 cups baked beans
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 1⁄2 cups stock
- 1⁄4 cup tomatoes, pulp
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery
- salt & pepper
- 1 pinch basil
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices lemons
Directions
- Combine the beans, sausage, tomato pulp and mix.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
- add seasoning and herbs, paprika and Worcestershire sauce and cook for a further 10 min or until veg is tender.
- Serve with slices of lemon.
