Baked Bananas

Yields: 10 fried bananas
Ingredients
- 10 red bananas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup ice water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
Directions
- ombine all ingredients except banana in a bowl, beating until smooth, add 1 ice cube to keep cool.
- Peel and thinly slice bananas.
- Dip in batter.
- Fry in hot oil over low heat until lightly browned.
