Baked Banana With Lime

Another banana recipe from yours truely! Found this on the BBC food website from Ready Steady Cook. Not yet tried but am posting it here for safe keeping.

• Serves: 1

Ingredients

• 1  banana
• 2  tablespoons brown sugar
• 1  tablespoon butter
• 1⁄2 lime, juice of, only
•  lime wedge (to serve)

Directions

1. Peel and chop the banana.
2. Place banana, butter and sugar in a saucepan over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes until sugar and butter have caramelised.
3. Add the lime juice and remove from the heat.
4. Pour the bananas into a dish and garnish with lime wedge.
