Baked Artichoke Spread

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cooked artichoke hearts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, stemmed, seeded and minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
- Place in a shallow ceramic baker or a 10" terra-cotta quiche dish.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
- Serve with tortilla chips, french bread, fresh vegetables or crackers.
