Baked Apples Stuffed With Figs and Hazelnuts

Directions

  1. Take cores out of apples.
  2. Chop figs and hazelnuts.
  3. Add grated lemon rind, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Add 1 tbs juice from the lemon.
  5. Press fig mixture into apples.
  6. Spoon 2 tbs lemon juice over the apples.
  7. Bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
