Baked Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup oatmeal
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1⁄3 cup water (or milk)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Dice the apple and pour lemon juice over it (to prevent browning).
- Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl. Add the apple, lemon juice and water and stir to combine.
- Pour into a round 2-cup Pyrex dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
