Baillio’s Quick and Moist Pound Cake

This recipe came from my grandmother. It is real simple and very good. Everyone that has tried it has walked away with the recipe. I always keep a box of cake mix and frosting on hand and in no time I have a nice dessert to serve. I have used other flavor cake mixes and they work just as well. Show more

Yields: 1 Cake

Ingredients

  • 1  package  yellow cake mix
  • 12 cup  oil
  • 1  cup water
  • 4  eggs
  • 1  can  coconut pecan frosting

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, including the frosting.
  2. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
