Bailey's Irish Cream

My dad told me about this one, surprise surprise

Ingredients

  • 395  g  condensed milk
  • 1  teaspoon instant coffee (heaped dsp)
  • 1 12 cups  whiskey
  • 3  eggs
  • 12 pint  cream

Directions

  1. dissolve coffee in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. leave to cool.
  3. beat eggs in blender.
  4. then beat in condensed milk.
  5. add cream and beat again.
  6. add cold coffee and beat.
  7. lastly add whiskey and beat again.
  8. refridgerate.
  9. shake before use.
