Bailey Switch Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups pecans
- 9 inches pie crusts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium sauce pan melt the butter.
- Add sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla and stir until sugar dissolves and all is incorporated.
- Remove from the heat, let cool to room temperature.
- Then stir into the eggs, and stir in the pecans.
- Pour into the pie shell and bake 40 minutes.
