Baggin Buns

  1. soak the sultanas in boiling water for 1/2 an hour.
  2. put the flour in a large bowl add the margarine and rub together until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  3. mix in the sugar stir.
  4. drain the sultanas cool slightly before adding.
  5. add the eggs and milk and stir altogether
  6. fill muffin cases and bake at 170 for about 1/2 a hour.
  7. done when pressed lightly springs back.
