Bacon & Swiss Cheese Biscuits

Very, very easy. This is a great appetizer! 8)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In bowl, combine the bacon, cheese, tomato, onion, mayonnaise and basil.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half.
  4. Place halves into greased miniature muffin cups, pressing carefully to fit the cups.
  5. Place 1 tablespoon of filling into each cup.
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes.
