Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta, cooked (I use thin spaghetti)
- 3 medium sweet onions, sliced into wedges
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 1 lb bacon, chopped and fried (reserve 1/4 cup grease)
- 1⁄4 cup bacon grease
- 2 eggs, mixed
- garlic salt, to taste
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 cups pea pods
- pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cook onions in the bacon grease, set aside.
- Combine eggs, oregano, garlic salt and toss with the warm pasta. You might need to put it on heat to cook the egg.
- Add the veggies and bacon to pan and heat through.
- Serve with parmesan cheese.
