Bacon English Muffins

Yields: 12 Muffin rounds
Ingredients
- 6 English muffins
- 12 slices tomatoes
- 12 slices American cheese
- 12 slices thick cut bacon
Directions
- Line cookie sheet with tinfoil and place cake cooling rack in center. Cut bacon slices in half. Cook bacon to just under fully cooked, place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Toast english muffins in toaster. Place on rack, top with slice of tomato, cheese and 2 half slices of bacon. Broil in oven until bacon is fully cooked. Careful not to burn the cheese.
