Bacon-Egg Salad Sandwiches

This sandwich is great served on the FLATOUT Flatbread

Ingredients

• 4  hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• 3  radishes, chopped
• 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1  tablespoon  horseradish sauce
•  black pepper
• 4  slices  rye bread
• 6  slices  ready to serve  cooked bacon

Directions

1. Mix eggs, radishes, mayo, horseradish sauce and pepper.
2. Spread evenly onto 2 slices of the bread; top each with 3 bacon slices and second bread slice.
