Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 -9 slices bread, cubed
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Mix together the eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
- Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle cooked bacon and cheddar cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Then bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.
