Bacon Cheese & Veggie Quiche

I make these 2 at a time and microwave a slice each morning for breakfast.

  1. thaw and pat dry spinach.
  2. preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. press pie shells into pie pans.
  4. mix all ingredients together.
  5. pour equal amounts into pie shells.
  6. bake for 30 mins or until center is set.
