Ingredients
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon onion, grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 10 slices bread, crusts removed
Directions
- Stir together cheese, bacon, mayo, chives, onion, celery salt and red pepper.
- Spread over bread slices.
- Cut each slice into 3 equal strips.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 325 on the lowest oven rack for 12 minutes.
