Bacon Cheddar Beef Tacos

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute beef and salt, breaking up meat with a spoon, until meat is browned and no longer pink, about 12 minutes.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. To build tacos, divide meat filling equally among tortillas.
  4. Top with cheese, bacon and lettuce.
  5. Drizze with ranch dressing over lettuce on each tortilla.
  6. Fold tortillas in half.
