Bacon and Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1  lb bacon
• 6  potatoes, sliced
• 6  tomatoes, sliced
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. layer in casserole starting with bacon next potatoes then tomatoes season each layer and repeat
2. cover bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are done 1 hour.
