Bacon and Onion Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shells
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 onion, sauteed
- 6 slices bacon, crisp
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 dash nutmeg
Directions
- Sprinkle cheese on top of crust.
- Add bacon and onions on top of cheese.
- Blend eggs and whipping cream with wisk.
- Ladle into crust.
- Bake 350°F for 35-40 minutes, or until set.
