Bacon and Onion Filling

A great omelet.

Ingredients

  • 1  medium onion, chopped
  • 2  tablespoons  cooking oil
  • 14 lb bacon

Directions

  1. Saute onion in oil until tender; drain on paper towels.
  2. Cut bacon into 1" pieces; saute until medium crisp; drain on paper towels.
  3. Mix bacon and onion together.
