Bacon and Mushroom Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
- 1 (4 1/2ounce) package real bacon pieces
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 stems chopped green onions
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup baking mix
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Sprinkle the bacon, mushrooms, cheese and onion in a greased pie plate.
- Blend milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper in a blender for 1 minute.
- Spoon into the pie plate.
- Bake @ 400°, 35-40 min or until set.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving.
