Ingredients

  • 8  slices  dry-cure bacon, rind removed
  • 1  baguette
  • 170  g  hummus (houmous)

Directions

  1. Grill the bacon on both sides until crisp.
  2. Cut the baguette in half lengthways and spread generously with houmous.
  3. Fill with the bacon and cut into 8 sandwiches.
