Bacon and Garlic Saute

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 3⁄4 lb bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4 inch wide strips
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet, melt 1 tbl butter over moderate heat. Add the bacon and sauté until crisp and golden, 3-5 minute Pour off fat, leaving the bacon in the skillet.
- Add the remaining butter, garlic, and parsley. When the butter has melted, sauté garlic and parsley for about 1 minute more. Then pour the sauce over cooked pasta. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
