Bacon and Eggs Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1⁄3 cup sliced green onion
- 5 hickory smoked bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
- 1⁄2 French bread, loaf cut into 1-inch cubes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients and, if desired, green onions.
- Add bacon and bread cubes; toss well to coat.
- Spoon bread mixture into a lightly greased 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
- Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in center.
