Bacon and Egg Pie

I found this recipe in a cookbook from calgary and decided to try it for lunch. It was really good ,easy to prepare and would be great if you were having company. Show more

  1. Crack 6 fresh eggs into pastry shell in a circle.
  2. Arrange onion rings over top.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese cubes.
  4. Place tomatoe slices on top.
  5. Place pastry top on pie.
  6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
