Bachelor Barbecue Chicken

I got this recipe off of a TV show. Easy to make

• Yields: 1 chicken

Ingredients

• 1  roasting chicken, Whole, skin removed
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄4 cup ketchup
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄8 cup vinegar
• 1⁄8 cup oleo
• 1  tablespoon lemon juice
• 1  tablespoon dry mustard
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
• 1  teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Place chicken in foil in roaster.
2. Add all other ingredients in water which is boiling.
3. Pour over chicken.
4. Close foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
5. Use sauce for gravy.
